The powers that be refuse to give me my password for this site (I am writing this via an e-mail address I set up). I applaud them on their security procedures, but it is a little frustrating. So with that said, I created a new blog.

Hapa in Hawaii usually refers to someone who is part "White." Hapa is the shortened version of Hapa Haole. Since we are a mixed-race family, I felt that this would be a good name.
